2009 - 2010 School Year
All children ages 6 - 17 are welcome as members.
Membership for the entire school year is $12. That's all!
The $12 fee includes a snack and a dinner every school day, homework help, sports, drama, art and so much more.
There are no extra program fees.
Pages 3, 4, 5 and 6 should be printed out, filled out (including the medical form) and brought into the Club. You will also need your child's original birth certificate.
